Paper Clips to Plate Hangers

 Remember my plates from yesterday's post?  I purchased them with the intent to display them on my kitchen wall.  I thought about purchasing plate hangers, but I didn't want the metal from the plate hangers to be visible.
 
 After searching online for alternatives I found this post from In My Own Style.

 I don't own a glue gun.  Although I did have a tube of  super glue on hand that worked just fine.

I love the way they turned out.

    What an ingenious idea. So simple.

    Are they still up?! I'd worry they'd fall down...on my foot....just my luck!!

    Are you kidding me with this????!!!! I actually have a hot glue gun and would have NEVER thought about this...but this is amazing! Uh-oh, my house is no longer safe...

    Have you seen the clear ALL PLASTIC style hangers called handyhanger as found on the web and ebay UK

    I love to hang plates and hate the metal plate hangers. This is a great alternative. I have found the little rubber discs from Hobby Lobby and haven't tried them yet. Pretty cheap too!
