-Were my thoughts exactly as I came downstairs one morning last week and realized there was a bat hanging out in my living room window. Lucky for me my husband was home with me! I was a little freaked out, but I soon calmed down once we realized the bat was on the inside of the window.
How did it get there you ask? There was a small opening outside the screen where it meets the window. Apparently just large enough for a bat to fit through. Needless to say, it has since been fixed! ; )
Have you ever had a bat in your house?

ReplyDeleteI occasionally see bats in the summer evenings but NEVER EVER in someone's house!
Holy, guacamole, Batman!! That thing looks huge! I would have gone nutty freaking out!
ReplyDeleteOh em gee!! I have never even seen a bat!
ReplyDeleteI would have been very unhappy to find that particular guest...have been squeamish of bats ever since I got one caught in my hair as a child. Makes for a terrible haircut and lots of scratches!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a BIG bat... I'm not sure what I would have done...
ReplyDeleteWe love bats...but even I wouldn't enjoy figuring out how to get one out of my house! And he's HUGE!
ReplyDeleteIm just seeing this one Brandi too funny!
