The kitchen is far from done, but we've been making great progress! I wanted to share with you what we've accomplished so far with the cabinets.
The molding around the cabinets makes such a huge difference, that I think I'm going to leave the handles off!
I never cared much for those handles so they won't be missed! I'm hoping we can finish up this weekend, but my friend has a busy schedule, so we'll see how things go! Take care my friends and I hope you guys have a great weekend!
The molding looks so much better! Can't wait to see more :)
ReplyDeleteThe molding does look wonderful...and I agree, no handles! Can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteMarvelous Molding! Such a huge change. It looks like a completly different door. Me like!
ReplyDeleteBrandi that molding looks great on your cabinets! Definitely gave them a whole new look! Martina
ReplyDeleteWow that molding does add a big difference, I love it!!
ReplyDeletexo
I like it!!
ReplyDeleteLooking good!!!!
ReplyDeleteLovin it so far!
ReplyDeleteLove the new look! Are you going to add new pulls later in a different style or going to go without pulls completely?
ReplyDeleteWow! The molding makes a huge difference! Love it!
ReplyDeleteFrom experience, you'll want knobs. Otherwise you'll be continually cleaning and repainting the areas that get worn from grabbing the doors to open them. I hate my doors without knobs.
ReplyDeleteOn the bright side, since they look so stunning, you can choose an equally stunning knob (not handle) for your doors!
Isn't alot of work? I so feel your pain, my husband worked all day today on ours but it will be so worth it, at least that's what I keep telling myself:)
ReplyDeleteI love the trim around yours and wish I could do that on the top of my cabinets but I'll take the new counters instead!
What a difference the trim makes! I love it. Looks fabulous.

ReplyDeleteTo answer your question, not sure which picture you were referring to as there were about 4 or 5 Georgians in that post, if you let me know specifically which one, I may be able to pinpoint it. Thanks!
Brandi, those are wonderful! The molding is just enough to really make those cabinets look totally different! Great call on making that change! Are you going to replace the handles? With or without it will look perfect!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it!!! So, I would like to hire your to transform and decorate my house. I pay in compliments. :)
ReplyDeleteReally great! I don't think you need the handles either.
ReplyDeleteAnd ditto what Grumpy Grateful Mom said. ;)
