Very Berry Smoothie

One of the best things I love about summer is all the delicious fruit available to purchase at my local farmer's market.  I get so excited with all the plump berries coming into season and look forward to adding them by the handful to my morning smoothie.

I added a mixture of berries for a flavorful combination.  The sweet berries combined with creamy yogurt pair perfectly together.  Enjoying a delicious smoothie is the perfect way to start your day!

Directions

In a blender throw in a handful each of fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries, a cup of yogurt, and a cup of ice.  Blend until smooth and enjoy.

  1. Looks delicious. Can't wait for our blueberries to ripen, about month from now. And, this year we are planting raspberries and if we can keep the bunny from eating our strawberries we will have those as well.

  9. Do you drink coffee in the morning Brandi or just this?
I've been on a smoothie kick too but but have been using the bags of frozen fruit I pick up when they are on sale. Prefer fresh but don't always have it around..
