Couple Fun Announcements

I was invited back to participate in another Home Depot challenge.  For this challenge we were asked to come up with a DIY project that used pipe as an ingredient.  You can view my project by clicking below.

Secondly, last week we had a bit of excitement in our house.  We were honored to have a photographer come out and take pictures of our home to be included in the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Private Quarters section of the newspaper.

My daughter had to work that morning and was unable to be present.
I am very grateful to have this blog as a platform to be able to share with you each week.  Thank you all so very much for your continued support.

    Well, congratulations Brandi! Your home is gorgeous and I loved reading about it. I don't think I have ever seen every room in your house before...cool hallway! Your Home Depot creation is great, too. I really don't like my washroom, your simple shelving could make a huge difference down there!!

    I went through the picture gallery...what a lovely home you have and I am impressed by all of the cleverness..who would think to put flooring on a wall but you did and it looks amazing!

    I like your living room. How do you hang the picture frames, so straight, so aligned, and so attached to the wall without any gap between the frame and the wall? I want to hang some paintings on my wall too but I am too afraid to drill and nail on my wall. I worry that I may get it wrong and my wall will end up having too many useless drilled holes.
