I love making pillows! One of my favorite holiday decorations is a festive pillow. Pottery Barn is one of my favorite sources for decorating ideas. I was inspired by their Holly Berry Wreath Embroidered Pillow Cover, pictured above. So I decided to try and make my own version for a lot less. I am so pleased how it turned out.
I created the wreath by tracing a large round object onto the center my burlap pillow cover. I hot glued brown cording over my pencil lines to resemble a grapevine wreath.
Next, I added pre-cut holly and berries(purchased from Etsy) around the wreath. It was really easy to create and a great way to practice some basic sewing and crafting skills.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed it too.
