Graduating from the 8th grade is a time for celebration! My daughter is moving on to high school and a lot of her friends will be going to different schools. We had a small party to acknowledge the occasion. These are some of my favorite details of the party!

and I quote from him, "mom, we don't need to go to the awards assembly" me, "sure we do, it will be nice and you are supposed to attend" him,"mom, I DON'T want to go!" LOL
